Andreas Schmid
I bring over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. After earning my Bachelor of Computer Science from Fachhochschule Regensburg, I held senior roles with leading technology companies including HP, Symantec, McAfee, Blue Coat Systems, 1E, and Virtual Solutions.
Throughout my corporate career, I worked internationally across the United States, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Australia. While in Australia, I completed a Master of Business Administration at the Australian Graduate School of Management.
My background spans Product Management and Marketing across Security, Backup & Storage, Systems Management, Cloud, and Mobile technologies—providing me with a broad and strategic perspective across the IT landscape.
Today, I leverage this experience to support individuals, small businesses, and large organizations with practical, results-oriented guidance to solve complex IT challenges.

We also work closely with the Play Bigger Advisors team, and Out-Position founding members have worked with the Play Bigger team members since 1999.
